Completed for all new clients on the first appointment. This usually is a 1-hour assessment that includes medication management if indicated. If medications are prescribed, clients will be seen on a brief 5-minute appointment approximately 1 week after initiation of medication to assess client’s tolerability of medications. This brief medication tolerance visit is at no additional cost. ($300)
For ongoing treatment and medication management. This is usually a 15–20-minute assessment with medication management. Clients are assessed for treatment efficacy and adverse effects of medications. Symptoms are updated to monitor progress and provide for continuity of care. ($85)
All documents will be assessed for appropriateness prior to completion or card being charged (for current clients only). ($100)
Assessment for possible burnout related symptoms impacting functionality. If indicated a medical employer letter will be provided if days off are indicated. ($100)
These appointments include requests for immediate/same day follow-up appointments, or after-hours appointments. After hours are for appointments after 5:30pm-9pm on regular business days, Monday thru Friday. ($150)
These are limited appointments and are set at a premium rate. Diagnostic Psychiatric Evaluations (as seen as above) will be assessed at a fee of $375. Medication Management/ Follow up Appointments will be assessed at a fee of $175.
No show appointments will be assessed as $25 fee to card on file or prior to next scheduled appointment. To avoid incurring a fee, please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Here at ClearPsych, we understand that things come up–so you can send a quick message as we are willing to accommodate!!
ClearPsych operates on a Fee for Service model. This simply means that clients are responsible for upfront payments at the time of the service appointment. The third-party platform (ex: Stripe) used by ClearPsych allows for secure use of credit/debit card. No insurance is accepted currently.
