Dr. Janicia Charles Ed.D, PMHNP-BC is an adult psychiatric nurse-practitioner with over a decade of experience diagnosing and managing a wide range of psychiatric disorders with psychopharmacology. Janicia has experience working within several populations including general mental health, the severely mentally ill, the forensic population, and geriatrics.  Her skillset has allowed her to manage a variety of psychiatric disorders including but not limited to mood, anxiety, psychosis, personality disorders, substance abuse and other psychiatric syndromes. Janicia’s approach to treatment is a mutual development of a treatment plan based on the client’s needs to ensure optimal results and success.
