We do not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing an emergency, you must call **911** or go to the nearest emergency department.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you represent and warrant that:

* You are at least 18 years of age (or a legally recognized emancipated minor).

* You reside in a state where our providers are licensed to practice.

* You provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and treatment.

 3. Patient Responsibilities

You agree to:

* Provide truthful and complete health information.

* Attend scheduled appointments or provide timely cancellation.

* Use a private, secure location during telehealth sessions.

* Not record sessions without prior written consent.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we strive to provide high-quality care, we make no guarantees about treatment outcomes. Psychiatric treatment depends on individual circumstances, adherence to treatment recommendations, and external factors beyond our control.

5. Payment and Billing

* You are responsible for payment of all fees associated with your care.

* If using insurance, coverage is subject to verification and approval by your insurance provider.

* Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

* Missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Intellectual Property
